General T&C's
"The Company" reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to implement or amend any procedures,
at any time without prior notice to you. Such amendments will be implemented at the discretion of the Robin Hood Bingo
management and put into immediate effect. Such procedural changes will only be in response to the interests and security
of Robin Hood Bingo or the players. The following Terms and Conditions represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement
that you abide by, between you (the player) and (Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Company") and displace and merge all prior agreements,
representations and understandings between you (the player) and (Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Company") with regards to playing Bingo.
By playing at RobinHoodBingo.com ("Bingo"), you represent and authorize that you fully understand and agree to comply with
these Terms and Conditions. Bingo is restricted to individuals of legal age as determined in the jurisdiction in which the
individual resides (18 years). You cannot play under any circumstances if you are not at least eighteen years of age.
Participation in the activities and games of Bingo (the "Game") is open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such
participation is legal and not prohibited. Participation in the Game is void wherever prohibited by law. "The Company" makes
no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to your legal right to participate in the Game nor shall any of
"The Company"'s employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies,
media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.
Employees of "The Company", its licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other
agencies, media partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in the Game.
Any participation in the Game is at your sole option, discretion and risk. By playing the Game, you acknowledge that you do not
find the Game or Bingo to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent.
You are only permitted to enter Bingo for your own personal entertainment and non−professional use. Any other entrance, access,
use or reuse of the Bingo or the Web site is strictly prohibited.
Only one account per person is permitted. Unfortunately, this is necessary to prevent abuse of our generous "free money" policies.
The management of Bingo reserves the right to withhold payment to any player pending verification of the player's identity.
Bingo is played in "Autoplay" mode, whereby players will always be notified of a winning bingo card. The purchase of all cards is final.
Where there is more than 1 winning card, the jackpot will be split equally among the winning cards. All times published in
the site are local British times.
A Bingo Game with less than 3 players will be cancelled and in such event each player who bought a ticket for the cancelled Bingo Game
will receive a full refund to the same balance (real money and bonus) from which he/she was charged.
Your Account
"The Company" reserves the right to block your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you.
Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation will be credited to your credit card and/or sent to you by cheque. However,
"The Company" reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Bingo account in
any of the following circumstances:
In the case of suspected or fraudulent payment, including use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity:
- If you have more than one active Robin Hood Bingo.com account;
- If the name on your Bingo account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make purchases on your Bingo account;
- If you participate in a Bingo promotion and cash out before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;
- If you provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
- If you are not of legal age;
- If you reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the Game is prohibited by law;
- If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on your Bingo account;
- If you have not played Bingo on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, you have played in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.);
- If you have "charged back" any of the purchases made with your credit card on your Bingo account;
- If you are found cheating or if it is determined by "The Company" that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat Bingo.
We shall be entitled to inform any relevant authorities or entities (including credit reference agencies) of any payment fraud
or otherwise unlawful activity, and may employ collection services to recover payments. However, under no circumstances shall
"The Company" be liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards, irrespective of whether or not the credit cards were reported stolen.
We reserve the right to void winnings or cashins enabled by wins resulting from a technical fault (including but not limited
to incorrect game payouts) with any of the games offered, OR In the event that "The Company" believes a user of the Service is
abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from
a gambling policy adopted by "The Company", then "The Company" may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from any
user any bonus or promotion, or rescind any policy with respect to that user, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate
that user's access to the Services and/or block that user's account.
By accepting any prize and/or winnings from "The Company", you consent to the use of your name for advertising and promotional
purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.
No claims or disputes will be considered more than seven days after the date of the original transaction and all claims or
disputes should be raised with the customer service department at
support@RobinHoodbingo.com .
If you have any dispute with regard to any outcome in the Game, you must submit your complaint to "The Company" in writing
within seven (7) days. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your Bingo software and the Bingo's server
software, the result showing on the Bingo's server software shall be the official and governing result of the Game.
You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or winnings that you collect from "The Company".
"The Company" reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice to you, to add new activities or games to Bingo
or to discontinue any activity or game of Bingo at any time.
If you do not log into your Bingo account for a period of 180 days, any balance in your account will be forfeited to "The Company".
You are solely responsible for keeping your account number and password secure and secret. You shall not allow any other person
or third party including, without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse your account, access and/or use any materials or information
from the Web site, accept any Prize, or participate in the Games.
You are solely responsible for any purchases and/or losses that may occur on your account. "The Company" shall not be required to
maintain user names or passwords if the Player misplaces, forgets, loses, or is otherwise unable to enter Bingo because of anything
other than "The Company"'s error.
"The Company" shall not be liable for computer or Internet malfunctions nor attempts by the Player to participate in the Game by methods,
means or ways not intended by "The Company".
If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the Game, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the
Company's operation, "The Company" reserves the right to publicize your actions together with your identity and e−mail address, as well
as to circulate this information to other Bingo and gaming companies, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.
You shall hold "The Company", its employees, officers, directors, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries,
advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify same from any
and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of:
- your entry, use, or reuse of the Web site
- your use of any materials at the Web site
- your entry, use, or reuse of Bingo's server
- your participation in the Game, or
- your acceptance of any prize.
"RobinHoodBingo" is the trade name of "The Company", and you obtain no rights to such term, nor any other terms, graphics, text,
concepts or methodologies, by using the Web site and the material contained therein.
Materials of the Game (whether electronically obtained or obtained by other means) are automatically void if counterfeited,
mutilated, forged, altered or tampered with in any way, if illegible, mechanically or electronically reproduced, obtained
outside authorized legitimate channels or if they contain printing, production, typographical, mechanical, electronic or
any other errors. Liability for materials of the Game containing any error is limited to replacement of same.
Any and all materials submitted for prize claims become the property of "The Company" and will not be returned. "The Company"
is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, mutilated, misdirected, or postage due mail, requests,
prize claims or entries. We recommend that customers print out all transaction data, rules of the game and payment methods
and keep them in an easily accessible place. The minimum purchase on the site is £5.
The minimum withdrawal amount at Robin Hood Bingo is £30.00.
Prior to a first withdrawal, a minimum of £30.00 must be deposited and wagered once or more, to qualify for a withdrawal.
All promotions / prizes are advertised as being in pounds sterling, however if your account is registered in Euros or US Dollars,
or any other currency we may offer, then the prize or cash value will be paid to you in your currency. For example,
if the advertised prize is £100 and your account is registered in US Dollars, then the prize you will receive will be £100.
You agree that, in the event that the Software or Services fails to operate correctly as a result of, but not limited to,
any delay or interruption in operation or transmission, any loss or corruption of data or communication or lines failure,
any person's misuse of the Sites or its contents or any error or omission in content or any other factors beyond our control:
- "The Company", its Affiliates and its third party licensors will not be responsible for any loss, including loss of winnings, that may result; and
- if any such errors result in an increase in winnings owed or paid to you, you shall not be entitled to the winnings falling within such increase. You shall immediately inform "The Company" of the error and shall repay any winnings credited to your account in error to "The Company" (as directed by "The Company") or "The Company" may, at its discretion, deduct an amount equal to those winnings from your account or set off such amount against any money owed to you by "The Company".
Restricted Countries
"The Company" reserves the right to close Bingo accounts registered from certain countries. This policy was introduced
after high volume credit card fraud originated in these countries. Winnings from these accounts will not be paid out
more than the amount of the purchases made on the account. We apologize to the customers from the countries detailed
below for the inconvenience caused.
The countries are: Albania , Armenia , Azerbaijan , Belarus , Belarussia , Bosnia , Bosnia and Herzegovina , Bulgaria ,
Croatia , Czech Republic , Estonia , Herzegovina , Hungary , Indonesia , Kosova , Latvia , Lithuania , Malaysia , Moldova ,
Montenegro , Romania , Russia , Russian Federation , Serbia , Slovakia , Slovenia, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine and Yugoslavia
(including, but not limited to).
Persons who are resident in the United States and Israel are not entitled to open an account with Robin HoodBingo and play
Bingo Games and or Instant Games for real money with Robin Hood Bingo.
Bonuses
Robin Hood Bingo offers from time to time bonuses on deposits.
When you open an account at Robin Hood Bingo we will give you a bonus on your first deposit ("First Deposit Bonus") to a
maximum amount of £100 in bonus cash.
You can only use bonuses as wagers for playing on the site. You are not entitled to withdraw any of your bonuses.

Only one First Deposit Bonus will be issued per customer. Multiple accounts will not qualify for
additional First Deposit Bonus or The Re−Deposit bonus.

We reserve the right to decrease the relative contribution of bonus money to jackpot amounts by differentiating bonus money from real money wagering.

"Bonus Funds" are (i) Bonus money from deposits, including the First Deposit Bonus and Re−Deposit Bonus;
(ii) Cash from the redemption of Loyalty Points,(iii) Free bonus or Any other bonus cash that the player
may receive from Robin Hood Bingo from other promotions.
- The Bonus Funds will be automatically credited to your account.
- Bonus Funds are for bingo play only (i.e. must be used to purchase bingo tickets) and may never be withdrawn as cash.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific terms and conditions that apply to any bonus on deposit offer, you agree by accepting such
offer to wager 4x the total of (the amount of the deposit + the amount of the Bonus Funds) prior to cashing out the deposit.
If you do cashout any or all or your deposit before meeting the wagering requirement, you will forfeit your Bonus Funds.
For example: If you received 100% bonus on your £20 deposit, you must wager at least £160 before cashing out your deposit.
Should you cashout your deposit before wagering £160 you will immediately forfeit your Deposit Bonus.

All bonuses and promotional offers extended to members must be wagered at Robin Hood Bingo in accordance with the
minimum wagering requirements within 90 days of being credited to a member's account or within the period specified
in the notification of a promotional offer if different. Robin Hood Bingo reserves the right, at its sole discretion
and at a time of its choosing, to revoke any bonuses and promotional offers, or any parts thereof, not used by a member
within the relevant time period.

Wagering must be done on bingo games only. Wagering on slot machines or any other instant games will not count
towards wagering requirements in order to keep your deposit bonus.

Additional wagering requirements may be imposed by Robin Hood Bingo without prior notice in relation to any specific promotional offer.

Bonuses will be credited to the player's account as Bingo Loyalty Points or Bonus Funds only, unless otherwise stated.

Any suspicious cash−ins, in which there may be cause for belief that less than the minimum wagering requirements
were made during the claiming of a bonus offer, or for any other reasons at our sole discretion, will be audited before being processed.
- We reserve the right to deny a member from receiving any bonus at our sole discretion.

Please note that if you do not log onto your bingo account for a period of 90 days, your Loyalty Points and Bonus Funds,
if any, shall be forfeited to us without further notice.
- We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion and bonus offer at any time.

All promotions, bonuses or special offers are subject to promotion-specific terms and conditions and any
complimentary bonus credited to your account must be used in adherence with such terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion, bonus or special offer at any time.

In the event that "The Company" believes a user of the Service is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or
other promotion, or is likely to benefit through abuse or lack of good faith from a gambling policy adopted by "The Company",
then "The Company" may, at its sole discretion, deny, withhold or withdraw from any user any bonus or promotion,
or rescind any policy with respect to that user, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate that user's access
to the Services and/or block that user's account.

In the event that "The Company" deems in its sole discretion that you have been taking unfair advantage of
"The Company"'s welcome bonuses or have executed any other act in bad faith in relation to a bonus promotion
offered on any of the Sites owned and/or operated by "The Company", "The Company" shall have the right to block
or terminate your accounts with "The Company" and in such circumstances, "The Company" shall be under no obligation
to refund to you any funds that may be in your accounts other than your original deposit amounts.
Free Bingo
Free Bingo is provided as an additional service specifically designed to enhance a player's enjoyment of our site.

Whilst we describe the free bingo games promoted as "free" we do require you to register with us and
to be responsible for the associated cost of using the Internet when participating.

We use the words "free bingo" in the sense that you do not need to pay anything for the bingo card in order to participate in the Game.

To help us combat fraud you must comply with our minimum withdrawal requirements before withdrawing any cash prize.
If you have to make a cash deposit to meet these requirements you can then withdraw this cash deposit with your cash prize.

It takes up to 8 working days to process a withdrawal. We process all withdrawal transactions 2 working days
after your request. Your bank or credit card company may take up to 6 working days from then to complete the process.

The maximum withdrawal for non funded players on all free bingo games is £100.
If a non funded player wishes to withdraw more than £100, the player's remaining balance will become void. However,
if such players do not choose to withdraw then all of their funds will remain available for further playing.

"The Company" reserves the right to remove or make amends to the free bingo service at any time without prior notice.

You are only permitted to enter Free Bingo for your own personal entertainment and non–professional use.
Any other use of the Free Bingo games is strictly prohibited.

Constant use of the free bingo rooms (i.e. playing free bingo games more than 3 hours a day on average every week or
staying in the free bingo rooms for more than 120 games per week) will be regarded as professional use.

"The Company" reserves the right to block or remove a player who violates or fails to adhere to these terms and conditions without prior warning.

These terms and conditions are subject to, and additional to the "General Terms and Conditions" and the "Promotion Terms and Conditions".
Newbies Free Room:

Once a player joins the site (by successfully completing the registration form), they will get 4 days access to free bingo (Free For Newbies Room)

After 4 days have passed the player will no longer be granted access to "Free For Newbies" free bingo.
Daily Dosh Free Room:
- The Daily Dosh £2,000 jackpot game, takes place at 11pm EVERY day
- In order to gain access to the Daily Freebie room, a single deposit of a minimum of £10 must be made before 11pm the same day.
Refer a Friend
It is important to note that in order for you to receive your £10, your friend MUST click on your refer a friend link

The Refer a Friend Bonus will be added to your account if you and your friend qualify for the Refer a Friend requirements;

We will not accept fraudulent attempts to misuse this feature.

If the inviter and invitee are registered through the same IP address, this will void the referral.

Promotions Terms
"The Company" reserves the right to amend these Promotional Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you.
Such amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted in this "Promotional Terms and Conditions"
section of "The Company"'s Web site. It is your responsibility to review the
Promotional Terms and Conditions on a regular basis.
The Promotional Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement
between you and "The Company" and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings
between you and "The Company" with regards to the claiming of any promotional or bonus offers.
Any promotion or offer is terminable at any time in accordance with the views of management without prior
notice or obligation. The management reserves the right to disqualify certain countries from promotional offers.
Among the countries whose players are disqualified from promotions are those blacklisted in our General Terms and Conditions.

From time to time, Robin Hood Bingo will offer articles of clothing or footwear.
In this case, we may offer a limited amount of sizes or colours. If a player wins,
but finds that the size or colours being offered are not appropriate, a cash alternative will be available.

Players must respond by email within 10 days to any address confirmations Robin Hood Bingo requires.
If a response is NOT received within this time limit, the cash alternative will be offered.

Players must have an active account(open) at the time the prize is offered.
This promotion can be withdrawn with immediate effect at any time.
Prize or Cash terms
- There are 5 games every month.
- The 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th games of the month play at 9pm .
- When there are 4 Tuesdays in the month two games will play on the same evening;
the 4th game will play at 9pm and the last game will follow at 9.15pm.
- When there are 5 Tuesdays in the month, the last game will play at 9.15pm.
- If a player wishes to choose the cash they will receive £150 real cash.
- The prize value will not exceed £150.
- The prize won relates to the week in which the game plays;
- 1st Tuesday of the month = digital camera
- 2nd Tuesday of the month = video camera
- 3rd Tuesday of the month = HTC mobile
- 4th Tuesday of the month = TV screen
- Love2shop vouchers will be given to the amount of £150
- If there is more than one winner, the prize monetary value will be shared equally in the form of real cash.
- Non UK residents will receive a cash equivilent.
- The winning player must email promotions@robinhoodbingo.com confirming their postal address and their choice of the prize or cash.
- If players do not email promotions@robinhoodbingo.com with this information, Robin Hood Bingo will endevour to conatact said player via email and telephone where possible. If the player has not responded within 14 days from date of the game they won, the prize/cash will not be given.
- Prizes may take up to 20 business days to be delivered.
Withdrawal Policy
The method by which you withdraw is directly dependent on the payment method by which you have submitted your Deposit(s)
in the past, and the amounts of those Deposit(s).
For example:
If you have used your credit/debit card to deposit with, the funds will be paid back to that card.
One exception, however, is in case you used a MasterCard, Paysafecard, Ukash or an invalid card − which
we are unable to send payments to and therefore, your withdrawal will be returned to you via your choice of a cheque or wire transfer.
If you have used a variety of credit cards, the card which you used the most for depositing will be credited back first.
If you used a credit card, debit card and Neteller to deposit in to your account, the withdrawals are refunded in the following order:
- Credit card
- Solo/Switch/Maestro card
- Neteller account
Since we automatically pay the funds back to your active credit/debit cards − please notify us immediately
in the event any card used to deposit to your account has been lost, stolen or cancelled or should your E−wallet status change.
Verification Documents
The withdraw policy dictates that members may be required to verify their identity before a cash withdrawal can be made from their account.
This validation process is to prevent potential online fraud.

Photographic ID: A copy of a current photographic ID is required for your first withdraw request.
This photographic ID can be in the form of a copy of a Passport, Drivers License or National ID card.
Please ensure that your name, photograph and signature are visible on the document.

Credit cards: A copy of the front and back of the credit card used to fund your account is also required.
Should you choose to fund your account using multiple credit and/or debit cards, you may be asked to supply
copies of more than one card. You may block the middle eight numbers and the 3 digit security code at the back of the card copy.

Proof of address: In some cases you may be required to provide documentation which validates your home address.
This may be in the form of a utility bill or a credit card statement.

Notarized documentation may also be required depending on the amount of your withdraw request
(Done by a Notary "lawyer, notary public, etc." to certify something such as a signature on
a legal document as authentic or legitimate by affixing a notary's stamp and signature).
Note: In some cases, depending on the payment method used to fund your account, you may be asked for one or a combination
of the aforementioned documents, or additional documents not included in the list above. These documents may be requested
at any point of your Bingo membership.
In order to make the sending of the documents more secure we recommend that you send them in separate emails.
With regards to credit cards, please send copies of the front and back separately and we also suggest that you block out
the CVV number at the back of the card as well as the middle eight digits on the front of the card. Once received, our
members' documents are digitally stored in a secure environment, which is accessible exclusively to specific specialized security agents.

The Withdrawal Process
Once your withdrawal request is submitted (by clicking the 'Withdraw' button in the Bingo cashier)
it will be processed in two business days. During this time you may cancel your withdrawal request
by clicking the 'Reverse Withdrawal' button in the Cashier and returning the funds to your Bingo account.
After two business days, the status of your withdrawal request will change to 'Completed' and you will no longer be able to cancel it.
As previously mentioned, during the withdrawal process you may be required to provide documents to confirm your
identity or ownership of the credit/debit cards used to deposit to your Bingo account thereby ensuring,
that withdrawals are paid to the right person. Additionally, we may also request documents when a member wishes to increase their withdrawal limits.
The processing time for most of the payment methods (credit/debit cards, wire transfer)
is approximately 4−7 business days. However there are some payment methods that may take a little longer.

- All timeframes are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday).
- It may take additional time for your credit card or payment method provider to post funds to your account.
You will be notified by email once the processing of your withdrawal request has been completed and the funds have been transferred to you.
If your withdrawal has not been processed within the specified timeframe, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the issue.
Your withdrawal history can be viewed from the 'My Account' page, accessible from the homepage when you are logged
in and the My Robin Hood page, also after you are logged in. In the 'My Account' area you will find a complete list
of all your withdrawal requests, both those that have been completed, as well as those that you have cancelled.
Important Notes:
- The minimum withdrawal amount in Robin Hood Bingo is £30.

Prior to a first withdrawal, a minimum of £30.00 must be deposited. In addition, a player must make at least one Bingo
or Instant Game wager, to qualify for a withdrawal. Therefore, you may be required to deposit additional amounts before
a withdrawal request can be made.

Bonuses can never be withdrawn. Real money won from bonus wagering can be withdrawn only after all Bonus Policy
wagering requirements have been met. A separate & additional withdrawal policy applies to bonus cash.

The maximum single win for non-funded players in all the games is £75. If the win is more than £75,
the player will be entitled to £75 and the remainder will become void.

Credit/Debit Card Exceptions
Visa Credit/Debit Card Withdrawal: Due to regulations imposed by issuers of Visa credit/debit cards, Brigend Ltd is not permitted
to pay withdrawals to Visa credit/debit cards issued in specific countries (please see drop−down list below to view these countries).
Furthermore, due to regulations imposed by some issuers of Visa credit/debit cards in countries not included in the drop−down list
(non-listed countries); Brigend Ltd is not permitted to pay withdrawals to certain Visa credit/debit cards. Therefore, members
who have deposited to their Bingo accounts via these particular Visa credit/debit cards shall receive withdrawals via wire transfer or cheque.
